Maternity care in Kamloops is in crisis. With the closure of the Thompson Region Family Obstetrics clinic to new patients and the resignation of all seven OB-GYNs from hospital privileges at Royal Inland Hospital, families are facing an uncertain future. Expectant parents deserve safe, local, and timely care — and our community cannot wait for solutions years down the road.
